Bozat and Tarn Owls from the Pool

Tarn Owls is a self-contained part of Bozat our 600-year-old farmhouse.

Tarn Owls has its own exclusive entrance with adjacent parking and garden and is the only accommodation let to guests.  Only one letting at a time for exclusivity.  There are views from the bedrooms over the garden and pool on one side and an adjacent vineyard on the other. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to a high standard, retaining original features including lovely oak beams and part-exposed limestone wall.

The spacious accommodation is on two floors and includes a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room and lounge on the ground floor.
On the first floor are two large double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms (one with WC).  There is a separate toilet on the landing next to the bedroom doors.

There is an exclusive outdoor eating area and BBQ, use of extensive park-like grounds with several shady seating areas, and boules court.

The 10m x 5m salt pool (avoids eye irritation) with adjacent changing room and WC with shower has a sunny, sheltered terrace shared with us, though we would not normally use the pool when you are using it.  There is a covered area adjacent to the pool that is reserved for us during the day but if you wish to use this area occasionally in the evening  just let us know.

Bed linen and towels (changed each week for lettings of longer than one week) are included in the rent, as are plenty of hot water, pool towels, barbecue, electricity, a welcome pack (including a bottle of decent wine, bread, croissants, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and fruit) and Wi-Fi availability.

The light, roomy kitchen has windows on two sides, and looks out over the gardens and barbecue area.

It is well-equipped, with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc.

There is also a pleasant dining area, with ample room for four to dine in comfort – if it is too hot outside!

The comfortable lounge has a new flat screen HD television with satellite receiver for all regular English and French channels, and a DVD player with films for when you are worn out from exploring and playing outdoors!

with two large double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms (one with WC).  There is a separate toilet on the landing next to the bedroom doors. Both bedrooms have super-king-size beds, which can be converted to twin beds if required (please specify when booking), and comfortable, attractive furnishings.
